Jamie Zubairi is a visual artist and theatre-maker. Restlessly working within one medium and eclectic in style, Zubairi prefers to think of his work in modes rather than styles, quick to take up a new skill and explore themes within each way of working, incorporating them them to discover new forms. From deftly handled watercolours to the more contemplative meditation pieces, to the oil-pastel expressionist landscapes to photography of the male form. He is currently working with the moving image and voice in a performed project explored in the current video series entitled #SmallEpic.
